The Unreasonable Institute’s CEO Teju Ravilochan facilitated the Scale X Design Accelerator‘s final core lab on pitching last week. This article was one of the pre-reads for the teams before the session. The teams will work on their pitch over the next few months to prepare for the Scale X Design Challenge, a first-of-its-kind event in January in New York City!
Forget Pitching. Tell A Story. Here’s How!
Meet Unreasonable Institute
We’re partnering with Unreasonable Institute, headquartered in Colorado and with scale and lab teams located globally, for the third core lab- Business Model Generation, which will start next month in September. Unreasonable Institute gets entrepreneurs what they need to scale solutions to the world’s biggest problems. How? They unite entrepreneurs with the potential to address major problems. They then swarm them with hand-picked mentors, funders, and a global network to help grow their impact. Their goal? For each venture to impact 1M people! Learn more about what they do by going here.
We envision a world in which any entrepreneur tackling the world’s greatest problems can access the people and skills they need to start and scale their company.
Provide entrepreneurs what they need to create scalable solutions to the world’s greatest problems.
“The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in adapting the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man (& woman).” — George Bernard Shaw
More to come soon on the business model generation lab!
The Accelerator participants are taking a break during the month of August but our partners are busy creating our next labs. We’re thrilled to be working with Unreasonable Institute for our next two labs on Business Model Generation (September) and Pitching (October)!
We were going to write a more detailed profile to introduce you to the fantastic Unreasonable staff but this video says it better than we could!
